  2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE MARCH 7, 2001 ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING
  1. PUBLIC HEARING: This is the first of three required public hearings per the San Jose City Charter. The public is welcome to speak on any aspect of redistricting.

    1. Discuss the Updated Advisory Commission Schedule (see attachment)
    2. Review and Approve the Public Outreach Plan (information to be provided at the meeting)
    3. Discuss the Revised Release Schedule for California Redistricting Data
    4. Identify and Discuss "Core" Characteristics of Existing Council Districts
