Instructions: Please fill out the above form as completely as possible. Please complete one form for each vehicle. If you can not provide the necessary information, Vehicle Abatement staff may not be able to process your request. It is important that you include your complete name and address in the event that staff need further clarification or information regarding your request. This information will be held in the strictest of confidence.
For your convenience, you may also submit your complaint using our automated, 24-hour Vehicle Abatement Hotline. The Hotline number for reporting violations on public property (street parking) is 408-277-5305. All request, regardless of their origin, are processed in the order that they are received. Public property (street) vehicle complaints may take up to ten days before a Vehicle Abatement Officer can respond. A courtesy notice is mailed to the property owner and a subsequent follow-up site inspection is conducted. This inspection may take place up to fifteen days after the date of the courtesy notice.
