visitor needs.
Stop by the Visitor Center for maps, directions, reservations assistance
(lodging and restaurants), calendars of events, and general information.
In addition, a full array of business services, including computer
usage, faxing and full mailing options with access to United Parcel
Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), and US Mail Service.
Looking for that only-in-Silicon Valley item? The Visitor Center has a variety
of merchandise and unique souvenirs. And, you’ll find San Jose-logo
items for sale, including caps, t-shirts and sweatshirts.

San José Concierge
This personalized service takes the guesswork out of what to do and see while visiting the city. San José Concierge will design a custom itinerary that fits your needs - hotel stay, attraction or event tickets and even dinner reservations.
Airport Information Booths
Information booths located in each airport terminal are staffed with volunteers who will assist visitors with questions upon arrival.
They will also provide directions, maps and brochures.
