Who is eligible to use the services of MedExpert?
- Employees who are eligible to enroll into a City sponsored medical plan are eligible to use MedExpert's services. (Employees who have waived their enrollment into a medical plan and those enrolled into the inlieu plan are eligible to use MedExperts services.)
Qualified dependents of employees who are eligible to enroll into a City sponsored medical plan are eligible to use MedExpert's sevices.
- Retirees who are currently enrolled into a City sponsored medical plan are eligible to use MedExpert's services.
Qualified dependents and survivor beneficiaries of retirees who are currently enrolled into a CSJ sponsored medical plan are eligible to use MedExpert's services
