Proposed Special Use Permit & Tentative Map at 425 S. Winchester Blvd. Community Meeting, Project SP19-065 & T19-042

Special Use Permit to allow demolition of an existing gas station, and construction of a mixed-use building consisting of 27 residential units, 12,837-square feet of commercial and office space, and 2 levels of underground parking; and a Tentative Map to reconfigure parcel on a .55 gross acre site in the Santana Row/Valley Fair Urban Village.
