Live Cooking Demo with TRIO's Chef Mario

Tuesday, 5/7 at 9:30 a.m. 

Join Chef Mario for a virtual cooking demo! During this live video, you will learn how to make a delicious, healthy garlic and herb tofu dip. Registered dietitian, Stephanie Pradun, will also share valuable nutrition tips and recipes.
