This hike is about 2.5 miles round trip and is mostly flat, with only 2 small hills. There will be amazing views, plenty of butterflies, and beautiful birds of prey. We may even get to see a herd of Tule Elk! Don't forget your camera to snap photos!

Please wear: Sturdy closed-toe walking shoes, long pants, layered clothing, hat, and sunglasses. The weather can be cool and breezy -- and possibly muddy -- this time of year.

Also recommended: Water, snacks, light lunch, sunscreen, binoculars, camera, walking stick, backpack.

There will be free parking for those attending. There are no restrooms during the hike... or unlimited ones, depending on your point of view!

Space is limited to 40 people.
