Meeting Purpose: To describe the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input on the project located at 323 Terraine Street. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.
Proposed Project:
Planned Development Rezoning (PDC25-019) to rezone the subject site from the DC Downtown Primary Commercial Zoning District to a new DC (PD) Planned Development Zoning District to facilitate the conversion of an originally entitled garage structure to a data center.
Planned Development Permit (PD25-011) to allow the construction of an 18-story mixed-use tower consisting of 345 residential units and approximately 3,740 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and an 11-story tower, approximately 210,000-square-foot data center on an approximately 1.57-gross-acre site. The project would include 271 parking spaces in three underground levels, privately owned publicly accessible open space along the Terraine Street frontage, associated landscaping, and extended construction hours to include Saturdays.
Vesting Tentative Map (T25-011) to merge three lots into two lots on an approximately 1.57-gross-acre site.
