Meeting Purpose: To discuss the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s planning and environmental review processes, and to obtain community input, relative to the Planned Development Permit application for the property located at 1325 Lick Avenue. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help refine the project as it moves forward in the review process.

 

Proposed Project: Planned Development Permit to allow the construction of a four-story multifamily residential building including 65 townhome units and below-ground parking, and the removal of 15 trees on an approximately 1.24-gross-acre vacant site.
