The City of San Jose’s Housing and Community Development (HCDC) is now accepting applications for seats in District 3, District 4, District 6, and District 8. Applications must be submitted online by September 30, 2025. 

The Housing and Community Development Commission (HCDC) consists of 14 members who advise the Director of Housing, the Mayor, and the City Council on housing and community development policy and funding priorities. HCDC meets every second Thursday of each month at 5:45 pm. 

Applicants must be San José residents. Individuals from diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.  The deadline to apply is September 30, 2025. More Info and Applications at:
