Meeting Purpose: To discuss the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s planning and environmental review processes, and to obtain community input, relative to the Planned Development Permit application for the property located at 653 North 7th Street. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help refine the project as it moves forward in the review process.
Proposed Project: Planned Development Permit to allow the construction of a six-story mixed-use building including 65 residential units, below-ground parking, and approximately 9,111 square feet of commercial space for offices, a gallery, and a taiko performance studio on an approximately 0.74-gross-acre vacant site.
