Meeting Purpose:  To describe the proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input proposed religious assembly use and post-secondary boarding school use located at 1228 Redmond Avenue. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.

Proposed Project: File No. SP24-031, a Special Use Permit Application to legalize an existing legal, non-conforming religious assembly use and allow post-secondary boarding school use (religious instruction) on an approximately 2.3-gross-acre site. The project does not include any new construction or tree removals.
