Meeting Purpose: To discuss the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s planning and environmental review processes, and to obtain community input, relative to the Site Development Permit application for the property located at 3050 Zanker Road. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help refine the project as it moves forward in the review process.
Proposed Project: Site Development Permit to allow the construction of three warehouse/R&D buildings totaling approximately 437,601 square feet, with approximately 72,600 square feet of incidental office uses. The project includes the demolition of five office buildings totaling approximately 422,635 square feet on an approximately 23.63-gross-acre site.
