Meeting Purpose: To describe the proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input proposed housing project located at 1295 Curtner Avenue. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project, as illustrated in the permit process chart below.
Proposed Project: File No. H25-021, a Site Development Permit to allow the construction of eight residential condominium units on separate lots and four condominium units on two lots, subject to the State Density Bonus Law, including the demolition of a single-family home and the removal of 24 trees on an approximately 0.65-gross-acre site.
File No. T25-017, Vesting Tentative Map to allow the subdivision of one lot into ten residential lots and one common area for a private street on an approximately 0.65-gross-acre site.
File No. ER25-133, regarding the environmental review for the project.
