The Housing and Community Development Commission (HCDC) consists of 14 members who advise the Director of Housing, the Mayor, and the City Council on housing and community development matters. Meeting agendas and post-meeting synopses are available here.

HCDC meetings are conducted via Zoom and in person. Members of the public have a choice to attend meetings either in person at City Hall, 200 E. Santa Clara Street, Wing Rooms 118-120, or virtually, viewing and listening to meetings via Zoom.
