Meeting Purpose: To discuss the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s planning and environmental review processes, and to obtain community input, relative to the Site Development Permit and a Vesting Tentative Map application for the property located at 147 East Santa Clara Street, 49 - 95 North 4th Street, and 128 E. St John Street. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help refine the project as it moves forward in the review process.

 

Proposed Project: Site Development Permit (H25-041) to allow the demolition of all existing buildings on-site totaling approximately 22,527 square feet and the removal of 39 trees (16 ordinance-size, 23 non-ordinance-size) for the construction of a mixed-use project consisting of two eight-story buildings, consisting of 627 multifamily units and approximately 1,000 square feet of commercial space on an approximately 2.11-gross-acre site. This project includes an application under the State Density Bonus Law and extended construction hours from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Saturday. Vesting Tentative Map (T25-027) to allow the reconfiguration of four lots into two lots for a future mixed-use project.
