Meeting Purpose: To discuss the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s planning and environmental review processes, and to obtain community input, relative to the General Plan Amendment, Rezoning, Site Development Permit, and Vesting Tentative Map applications for the property located at 1030 & 1038 McKendrie Street. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help refine the project as it moves forward in the review process.

Proposed Project: General Plan Amendment (GP25-005) requesting a change in the land use designation of the site from Residential Neighborhood and Neighborhood/Community Commercial to Mixed-Use Neighborhood. Conforming Rezoning (C26-002) of the site from the R-1-8 Single-Family Residence and CP Commercial Pedestrian Zoning Districts to the MUN Mixed Use Neighborhood Zoning District. Site Development Permit (H25-043) for the construction of two three-story buildings containing 12 residential condominium units on an approximately 0.46-gross-acre site. Vesting Tentative Map (T25-026) to allow the two parcels to be merged and subdivided into up to 12 residential condominium units.
