Meeting Purpose: To describe the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input on the project located at 0 South 2^nd Street (east side of South 2^nd Street approximately 275 feet south of East San Fernando Street). Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.

Proposed Project:

• Site Development Permit (File No. H26-013): To allow the construction of a 100% affordable seven-story, 173-unit multifamily residential building on an approximately 1.34-gross-acre site. The project will provide 137 units for low-income households, 34 units for very-low-income households, and two market-rate managers units. The project includes an application under State Density Bonus Law.
• Environmental Review (File No. ER26-063): Categorical Exemption under Section 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines for In-Fill Development Projects.
