Proposed Projects:

General Plan Amendment (File No. GP25-003): To change the General Plan land use designation from Residential Neighborhood to Public/Quasi-Public 

Conventional Rezoning (File No. C25-017): To change to zoning district from R-M Multifamily Residential Zoning District to PQP Public/Quasi Public

Conditional Use Permit (File No. CP25-010): To allow the construction of a water well with a submersible pump and associated piping and the replacement of approximately 177 linear feet of fencing with a new eight-foot-tall fence, including demolition of an existing duplex, on an approximately 0.18-gross acre site
