Applications must be submitted online by&nbsp;September 30, 2025.&nbsp;</p><p>The Housing and Community Development Commission (HCDC) consists of 14 members who advise the Director of Housing, the Mayor, and the City Council on housing and community development policy and funding priorities. HCDC meets every second Thursday of each month at 5:45 pm.&nbsp;</p><p>Applicants must be San José residents.
