General Information

The Berryessa Community Center is a welcoming, positive place providing a wide variety of quality services and programs for all ages aimed at building community through fun. Programs and activities include, but are not limited to, San José Recreation Preschool, leisure, health and wellness classes, youth summer camps, and R.O.C.K. Afterschool Program. In addition, Berryessa Community Center offers a weekday lunch program (Senior Nutrition Program Age 60+), and classes for older adults over the age of 50 and those who have disabilities.

We host several special events throughout the year, including cultural and holiday celebrations.

The Center is perfect for rentals for events such as weddings, quinceaňeras, bar mitzvah/bat mitzvah, baptisms, and business meetings throughout the year. You can visit our Programs and Facilities pages for more information.

  • Senior Nutrition Program (Age 60+): In partnership with TRIO Community Meals, provides nutritious meals to Older Adults 60+ at 14 sites throughout the City. All meals served meet county health standards.
