San José Kiwanis Club Serves the Community
San José Kiwanis Club members, including high school students from various “Key Clubs,” volunteered at three different City parks on April 21. The Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services’ Volunteer Management Unit organized volunteers to clean up trash along the Guadalupe River Trail; weed and maintain the rose beds at the Municipal Rose Garden; and help with landscaping around Parma Park and Almaden Community Center. As participants of the Adopt-A-Park program, Kiwanis Club continues to be a dedicated to beautifying our parks and community.
