#PRNSBEST Timekeeping Unit is the Backbone to PRNS
Their Dedication and Resilience is Essential to PRNS Success
Our PRNS administrative team is challenged ensuring the behind-the-scenes work is handled so that City employees are supported and can continue their #EssentialWork.
One critical team important to the successful operation of the department is the timekeeping team. Not only do these #PRNSBest employees facilitate employees receiving paychecks, an important part of any job, they also overlook thousands of hours of work, handle various paperwork duties and more.
In short, the PRNS Timekeeping Team is an essential asset to our department and is beyond deserving of the title #PRNSBest!
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Timekeeping Unit was tasked with inputting over 800 San José Recreation Leader (RL) timecards information every two weeks to ensure employees were compensated correctly.
During this time, the Timekeeping Unit worked extensively with both the RL and the full-time staff to ensure everyone received their paychecks on-time and correct.
The resilience and dedication of the Timekeeping Unit is an integral part in supporting the entire PRNS department and allows employees to focus on their work. Through the support of the Timekeeping Unit, PRNS can prioritize offering quality recreation and essential services to the residents of San José.
