Background:
The City of San José’s Neighborhood Center Partner Program (NCPP) (formerly known as the “Facility Reuse Program”) is excited to announce two opportunities for nonprofit organizations to deliver high-impact services to San José residents in space provided by the Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services (PRNS) Department.
Opportunity 1: Neighborhood Center Partner Program
PRNS is seeking nonprofit partners to provide services from multiple City-owned neighborhood centers, in exchange for delivering programs that benefit children, youth, families, older adults, and underserved communities.
Opportunity 2: Gardner Community Center – NCPP + $1M Operational Grant
PRNS is also seeking a nonprofit to provide programming at the Gardner Community Center. In addition to space, the selected partner will receive a one-time $1 million grant from the Google Community Benefit Fund to support their operations and programming for the Gardner community.
