Project Description
The project is a Site Development Permit to allow the demolition of the existing surface parking lot and the construction of two 27~28-story mixed residential and commercial buildings with 10,697 square feet of ground floor retail space and 768 residential units. The towers would be connected to a four levels of underground parking structure, including one level for loading.

A parcel west of Second Street, between East Santa Clara Street and West San Fernando Street, in the Fountain Alley area of downtown San José.

This Addendum has been prepared as part of the supplemental environmental review process needed to evaluate the proposed project. In accordance with CEQA, this Addendum will be attached to the certified Fountain Alley Mixed-Use Project Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (Resolution No. 80850)  and addenda thereto, and  available at the following link:

Public Hearing
