| Background: |
The San José City Council meeting on January 27 includes several items presented by the Housing Department. Among the expected agenda items are proposed changes to the City's Inclusionary Housing Ordinance, Mobilehome Rent Ordinance, and Multifamily Housing Incentive Program. The Housing Department community meetings are designed to inform the public about these proposed changes and to gather feedback that will be shared with the City Council.
