Pathways to Climate Smart Careers
Pathways to Climate Smart Careers is a free career fair for high school students featuring trade schools, colleges and businesses focused on addressing climate change. The fair aims at empowering high school students with knowledge and opportunities to become the next generation of climate leaders.

Climate Smart Champion Awards
The 2nd annual Climate Smart Champion Awards will recognize outstanding efforts by individuals and organizations in 2019 that align with the goals of Climate Smart San José and contribute to a more sustainable San José.
Winners will be selected in eight categories, including:

- Climate Smart Energy Champion
- Climate Smart Water Champion
- Climate Smart Business Champion
