Plan Review Services Comparison Chart

The chart on this webpage allows you to compare the three types of plan review services that we offer:

Over-the-Counter (OTC) – Available only for residential projects with no major structural changes and that use conventional framing and codes. Plans are required to show the proposed project, but can be hand-drawn as long as dimensions are to scale and accurate. If plans are accurate, the permit may be issued during the virtual appointment. Because OTC involves less time, it has a lower permit fee than regular Plan Review.
Plan Review Submittal Service – Accommodates projects of any size for any type of property. Note: Projects that qualify for OTC should not use this more expensive and lengthy Plan Review service! Your plans will be accepted during a virtual appointment intake and then be subject to a comprehensive review.
