General Information
The Almaden Community Center is a welcoming, safe place with the promise of fun and growth. We provide quality programs and activities for the for people of all ages and abilities to help them grow in their artistic skills, ignite a passion for health and sports, build lasting friendships and provide the means and space for people of all ages and abilities.
Our state-of-the-art facilities host a number of programs and events, such as, but not limited to; computer classes, San José Recreation Preschool, arts and crafts, youth summer camps, and leisure, sports, and fitness activities.
In addition, we offer a weekday lunch program and classes for older adults over the age of 60 and those who are disabled. We also host a number of special events through the year such as Neighbor Nights, and cultural and holiday celebrations.
The Center is perfect for rentals for events such as weddings, quinceaňeras, bar mitzvah/bat mitzvah, baptisms, and business meetings throughout the year.
