Closed or Under Repair
Bramhall Park
  • The basketball and volley ball courts are closed for renovations.

St. James Park
  • The drinking fountain at St. James is under repair, and is expected to be operational in in two weeks. (Updated 4/11/2019)

Lake Cunningham
  • May 20th - May 21st, 2019 the water service to the restrooms at parking lots A, C, the Action Sports Park and the drinking fountains/sinks will not be available. The shut off is due to the construction of the flood wall and relocation of the backflow. Portable restrooms will be available at these locations until the water is back in service.

Guadalupe River Trail
  • Various areas along the trail are closed due to flooding including Highway 101 under crossing to Alviso, Trimble Rd. unders crossing.

Alum Rock Park
  • All trails are open (updated 10/30/18)

The following parks and/or areas remain closed due to storm repairs

  • Alum Rock Park Service Road: Road is open for public use while repairs to hillside are being designed.

Parks and Playgrounds
  • Groesbeck Hill Park, playgrounds (both) have been removed. Design work for a new playground is currently underway..
  • Lake Cunningham Regional Park, Drop Zone feature closed and currently waiting for parts.
  • Mayfair Park, slide severely damaged and removed. In design phase for new playground.
  • Santana Park playground equipment temporarily closed
  • Vista Montana Park, Spinner seat vandalized, parts on order. 
  • West Evergreen Park Dragon climber vandalized. Repair being designed.
  • Solari Park Playground has been removed. New playground will be in design phase later this year.
  • Cahill Park Playground
  • Capitol Park, slide temporarily closed
