SJ Access is a City of San José initiative to provide all residents equitable access to all things digital.
Free Public Wi-Fi Access
Free high-speed public Wi-Fi (wifi) is available 24/7 in the following areas:
- Downtown: Strategic corridors within Downtown San José
- ESUHSD: Within select East Side Union High School District (ESUHSD) attendance areas
- City Libraries: All library locations
- Community Centers: At select community centers

Tech Hubs are welcoming spaces where San José residents can access free services such as devices to use onsite, internet, and digital skills training to stay connected and build confidence online.
Supported by the Digital Inclusion Fund, these Tech Hubs provide resources to meet the digital needs of San José residents and help close the digital divide.
