A Conditional Use Permit to allow the demolition of the existing residential structures, including a residence eligible for City Landmark status, warehouse and garage, and to allow the construction of a mixed-use project with up to 1,780 square feet of commercial space and 230 dwelling units, and to allow the removal of 28 ordinance-sized trees on an approximately 2.09-gross acre site.
