In partnership with renowned artists Elizabeth Turk and Erik Thienes, the Office of Economic Development and Cultural Affairs will implement Invisible Skies, a San José public art performance event.

Invisible Skies San José is a flash art experience created by local participants carrying unique, artist designed, umbrella props. Approximately 2,000 attendees are expected to gather at San José City Hall Plaza to take part in this participatory performance. The event will transform City Hall into an observatory, and San José residents into stars, as artists and community members work together to create beautiful, inspiring, and energetic images for shared public spaces.
