- Members are appointed to each and represent a specific Council District or the Mayor as indicated on the roster.
- Length of Terms: Effective of 7/1/13 a full term is 4 years.
- Eligibility for reappointment: Per the City Clerk, an appointment to serve a partial term of 18 months is considered a full term, in which case the Commissioner is eligible for only 1 more full term. Appointment to a partial term of less than 18 months is NOT considered a full term, in which case the Commissioner is eligible to be reappointed for 2 more terms.
