The Executive Committee oversees ongoing activities of the Arts Commission, provides oversight for the Grants and Non-profit Support Program and related activities for the Special Events Program, and reviews the program budget administered by the Office of Cultural Affairs.

Meetings

• Executive Committee meetings are held on the first Monday of the months in which they are scheduled. During FY 2025-2026 meetings are scheduled during the months of August, October, November, February, March and May.

• Currently, no Executive Committee meetings are scheduled for the months of July, September, December, January, April or June but meetings may be scheduled if needed.

• Location: Meetings are held virtually on Zoom and at City Hall, 200 E. Santa Clara Street, typically on the 12th Floor of the Tower in public meeting room T-1254.
