The City of San José maintains over 1,300 commercial public litter cans (PLCs) throughout commercial business areas within the City. The PLC program may be able to assist with the following concerns.

• Overflowing cans
• Damaged cans
• Burnt can liners
• Cleaning and painting
• Removing a PLC
• Relocating or adding additional PLCs in commercial business areas
