All water bills include a quantity charge, a service charge, and 5% utility tax. The following charges apply to all customers.
Water Quantity Charge
The quantity charge is based on how much water is used, in units of hundred cubic feet (HCF). One HCF is equivalent to 748 gallons of water. All customers pay a flat rate per HCF based on the location of your home or business.

Meter Service Charge
All Municipal Water System customers pay a bi-monthly meter service charge based on the size of the meter.
Charges below are stated on a monthly basis for customer convenience. However, actual billing is bi-monthly, with each bi-monthly meter charge being double the stated monthly amount.
