Aquatrax Customer Water Portal:

San José Municipal Water System (Muni Water) is transitioning to Aquatrax, a new online customer water portal designed to help customers better understand and manage their water use.

What is Aquatrax? 

Aquatrax is a free online platform and mobile app that provides tools and insights to help you track water usage, detect leaks, and conserve water.
Muni Water has partnered with Aquatrax to provide our customers with a free and easy-to-use online platform for monitoring water usage and conserving water.  
With Aquatrax, customers will be able to: 

• Monitor water consumption
• Access water-saving tips and resources
• Receive leak alerts and water usage notifications to help find potential leaks and prevent water waste
