  • ODfreeSCC is a countywide collaboration that aims to increase access to information, services, data, and other resources to support empowered decisions around safer drug use, treatment options, and other methods to prevent overdose.

  • Harm Reduction Program
  • Santa Clara County's Harm Reduction program provides free and confidential resources for NARCAN, treatment, and housing. This program is anonymous and confidential.

  • Medication-assisted treatment is the use of medications, in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, to provide a whole patient approach to treatment.

  • This hotline helps match people to emergency shelters, provides transportation to shelters, and directs people seeking rental assistance to homeless prevention services.
  • Unhoused individuals seeking support may call the Here4You Hotline at 408-385-2400. The hotline is answered 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
