The Housing Department is responsible for the collection of fees related to the Rental Rights and Referrals Program (RRRP) as well as Inclusionary Housing Fees, Affordable Housing Impact Fees, Commercial Linkage Fees, Rental Mediation Penalty Fees, Homebuyer Subordination Fees, and Multifamily Fees.
