2025–2030 Consolidated Plan & FY 2025–2026 Annual Action Plan

The City of San José has completed the draft 2025–2030 Consolidated Plan and Fiscal Year 2025–2026 Annual Action Plan. These plans outline the City’s goals and strategies for using federal housing and community development funds over the next five years, including specific funding priorities for the upcoming fiscal year.

The City is now in the process of submitting the Plans to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for review and approval. This page will be updated with the final, HUD-approved Plans once they become available.
