FY 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan
The City of San José has completed the draft Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan. This plan outlines the City’s goals and strategies for using federal housing and community development funds over the next year and includes specific funding priorities for the upcoming fiscal year.
The City is now in the process of submitting the Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for review and approval. This page will be updated with the final, HUD-approved Plan once it becomes available.

The Draft Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan was posted on April 15th, 2026 and will be available for Public Comment until May 15, 2026. Please send public comment to Nosheen Hossain at Nosheen.Hossain@sanjoseca.gov.
2025-2030 Consolidated PlaN & annual action plans
The City Council approved San José's Final 2025-30 Consolidated Plan and FY 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan at its June 3, 2025 meeting. These plans govern the use of funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Consolidated Plan's priorities and activities are based on needs determined by analysis of the City's needs, feedback from public outreach, and alignment with the City's priorities.
