Community Participation Plan
The City of San José’s Community Participation Plan (CPP) outlines the City’s policies and procedures for encouraging public involvement in the development of the following federally required documents:
- Five-Year Consolidated Plan
- Annual Action Plans
- Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Reports (CAPER)
- Assessment of Fair Housing (AFH)
- Substantial amendments to any of the above plans
The CPP ensures that San José residents, particularly low- and moderate-income individuals and families, have meaningful opportunities to participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and activities supported by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding.
