Open Enrollment
What is open enrollment?
Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to:
- Modify your benefit choices and ensure you're enrolled in the correct plans.
- Verify you have the intended eligible dependents covered and/or add new dependents.
- Continue participating in the Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Account, and/or the Wellness Rewards program. You will not be auto-enrolled in these and must re-enroll.
For most benefits, you will not be able to change election outside of Open Enrollment unless you experience a qualifying life event.
COMPLETING YOUR ENROLLMENT
Updates and changes to your benefits will need to be made in eWay. Simply click "Open Enrollment" under Announcements on the home page.

- All covered, eligible dependents will remain on your medical, dental, vision and EAP plans.
- Reminder! Dependent children may remain on dental and vision coverage until age 24 without student verification, and on medical, DeltaCare HMO, and EAP coverage until age 26.
- If currently enrolled, your Medical Reimbursement Account (MRA), Dependent Care Assistance Plan (DCAP), or health savings account (HSA) contributions will stop at the end of the plan year.
- If currently enrolled, your Wellness Rewards Program participation will stop.
