The City Offers Vision Through Vision Service Plan (VSP)

Reminder! Dependent children may remain on a City employee's vision coverage up until the age of 24 years old, regardless of student status. Full-time student verification documentation will no longer be required once a dependent reaches the age of 19 years old.
Cost
Employee and City premium rates are subject to change each year in January in accordance with contract renewals. Employee contributions toward monthly premiums are determined by the applicable Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the bargaining unit or according to the Benefit and Compensation Summary.

Eligibility
All full-time and part-time benefited employees are eligible to enroll themselves and their eligible dependents into one of the City’s vision plans.
