Capitol Light Rail Station in South San Jose

Join Councilmember Campos on a community Bike Bus to Viva Calle. We'll meet at the VTA Capitol Light Rail Station at 9:45 a.m. for a light breakfast and refreshments before we roll out after 10:30 a.m. to ride to the Viva Calle start in Willow Glen. Representatives from VTA and the San José Department of Transportation will be joining us to discuss important projects like transit-oriented development and new station access plans in District 2. Register here!

Councilmember Casey will host the 17th annual South San José Senior Walk along with San José Vice Mayor Pam Foley and Councilmember Pamela Campos. This annual event promotes longevity by highlighting the importance of staying active and living a healthy lifestyle. Join us for a scenic walking course along Almaden Lake, a Halloween costume contest, and resource booths from local agencies and organizations that align with our mission.
