The Bill Wilson Safety Net Shelter

A drop-in center that provides emergency short-term shelter and support for youth ages 12 to 17 who are experiencing homelessness, have run away, or are in need of a safe place. Please visit Bill Wilson Center Homelessness Services for help and support.

Santa Clara County Services 

The Santa Clara County Homelessness Services Page provides a hub of resources in the nearby area for individuals who may be struggling. For services related to mental health or substance abuse, please visit the Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services webpage.

Here4You Hotline | (408) 385-2400 (9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.)

Here4You is a centralized referral program that connects individuals, couples, and families to temporary housing, emergency shelters (with transportation support), rental assistance through Homeless Prevention Services, and other community resources. If you are in need of shelter, call the Here4You Hotline at (408) 385-2400 between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

TRUST Response Urgent Support Team| Call (408) 596-7290 or 988

TRUST (Trusted Response Urgent Support Team) is a 24/7 community-based service provided by Momentum for Health and Pacific Clinics to support Santa Clara County residents facing urgent mental health or substance use challenges. The call center and mobile response teams are specially trained to provide immediate, compassionate assistance when it's needed most.
