Resource Hub for Reporting Community Concerns
This page offers quick and easy access to report common neighborhood issues, including encampments, lived-in vehicles, graffiti, illegal dumping, and crime. Use the resources below to report concerns directly to the appropriate agency.
Reporting an Encampment
Before reporting an encampment, please identify the property owner where the encampment is located. Submitting a report to the wrong agency can delay the response, as it may not reach the appropriate department. For example, reporting an encampment on Santa Clara Valley Water District property to the City of San José may result in processing delays or no action taken.
