Pursuant to City Policy 6.1.5, revised retention schedules must be posted on the City's website for 30 days prior to going into effect.

As of May 18, 2026, the Office of the City Manager is requesting the following change - 

• Change the Retention period from "2 Years" to "PERMANENT" and Basis of Retention from "GC 34090" to "Department Policy" for Series #669 - CMO / Agenda Services' "INFORMATION MEMORANDUM - Memorandum from City departments and offices to the Mayor and City Council providing information not requiring Council action."
