Community Briefings & Annual Highlights

The Office of Racial and Social Equity is committed to keeping our community informed about the work we do to advance equity across the City of San José. Our efforts span both internal initiatives within City departments and collaborative work with community partners.

To share ongoing progress, we provide quarterly community briefings as well as an annual Year in Review that highlights key milestones and reflections from the past year. These updates are intended to offer insight into our work, though they are not comprehensive of all efforts underway.

We invite you to explore the briefings and reports below to learn more. If you have questions, feedback, or suggestions, please contact us at sjracialsocialequity@sanjoseca.gov.
