Disability Affairs Strategic Framework

Seeking Internal and External Stakeholder Feedback

We Want to Hear From You!

View Information in ASL

The Office of Racial and Social Equity is working to make City programs, services, events, and information more accessible for people with disabilities. We are creating a plan to help guide this work over the next several years, and we want to hear from the people who care about these issues most.

We are looking for input from people with disabilities, family members, caregivers, service providers, nonprofit organizations, disability advocates, allies, and anyone who supports or works with people with disabilities. We want to hear about your experiences, ideas, and concerns so we can better understand what is working and what needs to improve.

Here are some ways you can participate:

• Join the Disability Affairs Office Advisory Group
• Take part in a focus group or feedback session
• Speak directly with staff from the Disability Affairs Office

Your feedback will help us make San José more welcoming, accessible, and inclusive for everyone. If you would like to participate, please complete this form to indicate how you would like to participate or contact sjracialsocialequity@sanjoseca.gov
